Start of round two

Okay, I've decided to change around what I was intending to do. I'm going to make round two, but leave round one active. Everybody in a group which didn't play will have that game count as a loss, but can still decide the winner by playing their game. This means no 1 loss and 0 loss brackets, but I will be grouping undefeated players against each other where I can.
